Bingo Prediction Event

How It Works:

1. Predictions: You'll fill out a matrix with your predictions for the placement of 10 teams in a bingo-style format. Each row represents a team, and each column represents their predicted placement from 1st to 10th.
2. Buy-In: To participate, select your buy-in amount. See "Buy-in Levels & Reward Modifiers below". This buy-in amount will create the prize pool for our winners.
3. Scoring: Your goal is to correctly predict the placement of as many teams as possible. The more correct predictions, the higher your chance of winning!
4. Streak Bonus: If you correctly predict multiple placements in a row, you'll earn a bonus multiplier for your streak! The longer the streak, the bigger the bonus.

Rules & Guidelines:

• One entry per person.
• All predictions must be submitted before the deadline (March 10th @ 2:00 Game Time).
• In the event of a tie, the prize will be split equally among the tied participants.
• Buy-ins are non-refundable. Once you submit your prediction, you have agreed to pay your part.
• The Outcome & Rendering of winners and split is final.

How to Participate:

• Fill out the Prediction Form on this page (It's actually called a prediction matrix, but I don't want to hear the staff complaint about me using the proper term, so instead we get this stupid side note screwing up my nice consistent styling and yes it bugs the hell out of me, but hopefully it bugs you all more, you sumbiches. <3)
• Pay your buy-in to Morv, RawDogy, or Sweety
• Submit your predictions before the deadline.

Buy-In Levels and Reward Modifiers:

• Base Buy-In: 5m (No additional reward modifier)
• Level 2 Buy-In: 10m (+10% reward modifier)
• Level 3 Buy-In: 50m (+25% reward modifier)
• Level 4 Buy-In: 100m (+40% reward modifier)

Prize Pool & Payouts:

• The total prize pool will be the sum of all buy-ins. For example, if 35 people participate, the prize pool will be 175 million.
• The top 3 participants with the most correct predictions will win a share of the prize pool:
• 1st Place: 50% of the prize pool
• 2nd Place: 30% of the prize pool
• 3rd Place: 20% of the prize pool

Streak Bonus Multipliers:

• 2 in a Row: 1.1x
• 3 in a Row: 1.2x
• 4 in a Row: 1.3x
• 5+ in a Row: 1.5x

The "Prophet" Prediction

In the event that someone is to guess all 10 placements with 100% accuracy then the above Prize Pool & Payouts as well as the Streak Bonus Multipliers go completely out of the window.

In this situation, that player will be awarded the entire Prize Pool, as well as a Special Title in Discord.

Example Prize Calculation

Let's assume the following scenario:

• First Place: 9 correct predictions, including a streak of 4 in a row, with a buy-in of 50m
• Second Place: 8 correct predictions, including a streak of 3 in a row, with a buy-in of 10m
• Third Place: 7 correct predictions, with no streaks, with a buy-in of 5m (base level)

Prize Pool Calculation:

• Total Prize Pool: (Assuming 35 participants with varying buy-in levels) = Sum of all buy-ins
• Example Total Prize Pool: Let's say 20 participants at 5m, 10 participants at 10m, 4 participants at 50m, and 1 participant at 100m = 100m + 20m + 200m + 100m = 420m

Prize Money Calculation:

• First Place:
• Base Prize: 420m * 0.50 = 210m
• Streak Bonus: 210m * 1.3 = 273m
• Buy-In Modifier: 273m * 1.25 (25% increase for 50m buy-in) = 341.25m
• Second Place:
• Base Prize: 420m * 0.30 = 126m
• Streak Bonus: 126m * 1.2 = 151.2m
• Buy-In Modifier: 151.2m * 1.1 (10% increase for 10m buy-in) = 166.32m
• Third Place:
• Base Prize: 420m * 0.20 = 84m
• Streak Bonus: 84m * 1.0 (no streak bonus) = 84m
• Buy-In Modifier: 84m * 1.0 (no modifier for base buy-in) = 84m

Summary:

• First Place: 341.25m
• Second Place: 166.32m
• Third Place: 84m
